WHAT ARE THE EVENT DETAILS?
Date: Wednesday 2 April 2025
Venue: Nissan Arena - 590 Mains Rd, Nathan QLD 4111
Doors open: 6:00pm
Event start time: 7:00pm
Event finish time: approximately 8:40pm
Entry Times: To assist with a smooth entry please plan to arrive early.
IS THERE FOOD AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?
Onsite cafe will be available from 5:30pm for snacks and hot food. Cafe will close at 8:30pm
IS THERE ONSITE CARPARKING?
There are over 1000 free parks onsite. Please enter the venue via the Mains Rd entrance. There is also dedicated parking for buses and coaches.
WHAT IF THE CARPARK IS FULL?
Free overflow parking* will be available at Westfield Garden City (2km from venue) and free shuttle buses will be running from 6:15pm -9:45pm.
Look for volunteers (wearing fluoro vests and lanyards) at both at Nissan Arena and at Westfield (MacGregor Street entrance) who will help direct you.
Please look for Citipointe branded buses.

IS THERE ALLOCATED SEATING?
All tickets are allocated as GA (General Admission) and seats will be allocated on a ‘First come, first served’ basis. Come early to secure your preferred seats.
ANY SAFETY RULES?
Due to the fixed seating arrangement and large numbers of people attending, and to ensure the safety of everyone present, flags with poles and/or sticks will not be allowed in the venue for this event.
HOW CAN I GIVE?
Open Heaven is a free event, however an opportunity to sow financially into this event and Open Heaven 2026 will be made available on the night. You can also give HERE.
REMEMBER:
SHARE any additional tickets with the other members of your group prior to arriving at the Venue, so they can download and access ahead of time on their mobile phones.

Find the upcoming event and tap ‘share’ to securely share tickets via mobile number or email. Repeat for each ticket.
ADD your ticket/s to your Apple or Google wallet.
This will be the only way to guarantee you can access your tickets even if there is network congestion on the day. Remind your group to do the same!

Find the upcoming event and tap ‘Add to Wallet’ to open your ticket/s & add to wallet.
AT THE VENUE turn your phone brightness up and have your ticket/s displayed on your phone and ready to show at the entry.
